Chiropractic Therapy

At Helping Hands Chiropractic Center, the partnership between chiropractors, exercise therapists and massage therapists forms the core of our treatment philosophy. The goal of integrating chiropractic treatments with rehabilitation is to improve the effectiveness of chiropractic adjustments by achieving a positive effect on the entire musculoskeletal system. The essence of chiropractic rehabilitation is a thorough evaluation by our chiropractors on your initial visit. At this time, your chiropractor will consult with you about your treatment options and establish a treatment program for you. We have three chiropractors on staff that offer several styles of chiropractic manipulation to choose from, including light force drop table and Activator Instrument and traditional manual manipulation. You can learn more about these techniques here or for more information regarding chiropractic treatments, visit our FAQ's.

Massage Therapy

One of the oldest methods of healing, massage therapy works "hand in hand" with chiropractic and exercise therapy to improve therapeutic results for our clients. Our therapists, with solid grounding in training and experience in several types of massage, combined with compassionate touch and intuitive skill, creatively tailor each session to accommodate your individual needs. While massage therapy is not a panacea, it is a well-researched therapeutic modality and is used commonly all over the world. Massage therapy has been shown to be effective for muscle spasms, pain, stiffness and tension, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, which in turn improves toxin and waste excretion. improving athletic performance and exercise tolerance, decreasing and/or preventing bodily strain or injury, as well as enhancement of overall physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
